If long-term * load (often with high torque or high locking frequency) can cause some parts to wear, affect the normal service life of the driver, and cause abnormal noise or unstable torque of the driver. Maintenance tips for electric drivers:

① Excessive rebound force of the brake needle can easily cause the switch to shift or damage the brake switch, resulting in unstable braking function.

② The elasticity of the torsion tension spring can cause fatigue, resulting in reduced or unstable torque. The tension spring should be replaced after one and a half years of use.

③ The motor is prone to heat and wear on the rotor. Large gaps in the rotor or falling insulation paint can cause poor transmission function of the driver, and the motor rotor should be replaced.

④ The viscosity variation or contamination of the lubricating grease in the gear barrel will cause the gap between the driving gear and the planetary gear to increase and wear the gear. The worn gear should be replaced.

⑤ The wear and tear of the diffuser head and bearings can easily cause unstable or reduced torque of the driver. Therefore, the diffuser or bearings should be replaced.

⑥ The wear of the connecting shaft's detachment hole and the wear of the driver's head can both result in unstable torque or poor braking function.
